Haim Shtalryd is a professional Mechanical Engineer who qualified in 1971. After spending more than 30 years with Tadiran Telecommunications he understands what drives the design and development of innovative technology. It was here, in his role as Researcher and Developer, where he gained extensive experience in leading numerous projects from development phase through to mass production and where he gained his solid understanding of design concepts and fundamental technology required to support the implementation of these designs. Haim’s work stability has assisted in him gaining extensive and in-depth knowledge, which has been pivotal in the establishment and growth of HiSense. He currently fulfills the role of Product Development Manager where he is responsible for the management of the entire product line life cycle – from research to design concepts to analysis to development and finally to implementation.
Jordan served as president at Angelcare Monitors and at Binatone North America, before that he held Global Product Marketing positions at Binatone and Thomson Consumer Electronics. Mr. Riggs has a Masters in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and a BA from Indiana University. Jordan is a versatile, team-oriented senior executive with 20 years of global experience in the consumer electronics industry leading all aspects of business operations and value chain functions including: new product development, strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, sales, marketing, retail channel management, and customer service. Jordan has a proven track record of successful consumer product launches and innovative value chain strategies that have had a direct positive impact on sales, margins, and market share.
Her experience includes working with private and public companies in the United States, Israel and Germany, venture capital funds and start ups. Services provided included amongst others: Audit, tax, initial public offerings in the US on Nasdaq, due diligence for acquisitions, review and preparation of budgets/forecasts and business and strategic plans In September 2003 she joined ICL where she held 3 positions over her 15 years: Financial Reporting Manager, PMO for Harmonization Project and Investor Relations Manager. Holds a BA in Economics with a Major in Accounting from Monash University Melbourne, Australia (1987) Accepted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (1991) Worked as a Chartered Accountant in Andersen Melbourne office from 1988 – 1999 when she transferred to the Israeli practice where she worked until 2003.

He is a commercially minded individual with extensive experience and a successful record. In his 16 years with HiSense he has gained comprehensive experience in Business Operational matters from entry level through to management and has successfully, through the use of proven methods and cutting edge technologies, reduced inefficiencies, cut costs and streamlined our operations whilst still maintaining a very high standard in our warehouse. In his current role of Operations Manager he is in charge of overseeing the production of goods we provide, managing employees and making sure we work as efficiently as possible.
Eldad Nakar is a highly educated professional who finished his Practical Engineer qualification and BA in Sociology, Anthropology and East Asian Studies in Israel and then went on to complete his Ph.D. and M.A. in Sociology in Japan. His extensive studies of and living in Japan have given him the competitive advantage to intimately understand the territory’s needs, markets and workings which in turn has been the grounding force behind him being able to successfully fulfill business advisory roles between western companies and Japanese businesses. This integration of experience has guided him in implementing projects and building solid business relationships. As our Key Accounts Manager of the Japanese territory he is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining knowledge of the business and competing products and services, as well as identifying weaknesses and strengths in order to determine how best to service the territory and motivate them to stay with our company. He constantly assesses, clarifies and validates the territory’s needs, maintaining high customer satisfaction. He does this in conjunction with the setting up and managing of our Quality Management System.

He qualified with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business and Marketing Management. This qualification together with his previous studies, which were completed in various parts of the world, paved the way for him to enter international corporate organizations where he gained extensive experience working with dynamic technologies. During his career, he held various positions which allowed him the opportunity to gain broad based experience but it was his time spent at Victocor Technologies SA (Belgium) that cemented his experience in the sales, business development and marketing arenas and it was here that he represented the company at professional trade shows and conferences worldwide.In his current role as Online Marketing Manager he is responsible for defining and proposing the marketing strategy, the management of all social media platforms as well as overseeing the customer service functionality to provide the best and most appropriate solution to the customer.
Shy Hefetz completed his studies with an emphasis on medical signal processing. He completed both his BSc in Bio-Medical Engineering and his MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering in Israel. The focus of his qualifications have been extremely beneficial in his role as our Bio-Medical Engineer. Shy’s passion for medical signaling can be seen throughout his career. Over the years he has gained solid experience in medical device design and has been in research and development, fulfilled the role of lead engineer, consulted on medical/physiological sensing, Chief Technology Officer, as well as a co-founder of 2 organizations focusing on medical signaling. His diverse experience has allowed him to actively apply his knowledge of biology, engineering and biomechanical standards to the design, development and enhancement of our products as our Bio-Medical Engineer.
Shai is a seasoned Healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in patient safety, clinical risk reduction, clinical decision-support systems, operations, sales, marketing, and the US healthcare market. Shai co-founded NavonTech after serving as the CEO of Med Bright Medical Solutions. Among his prior positions, Shai had a 15-year career with Perigen, specializing in Clinical Risk Reduction in labor and delivery suits in the US. He held positions of VP Operation, SVP of Business Development, Chief Clinical Solutions Officer and more. Shai lived in the USA for twelve years. Shai is a major in the Israeli reserves. He is a graduate of the Tel Aviv School of Medicine and lives in Israel.
